Prized Possession is a series of assemblages fit into wooden boxes. These boxes are like memory chests, which collect heartfelt objects such as old photos, iconic theater tickets, postcards, and letters. Assemblages visually represent the idea of changing the highlights in the perception of the past. They are about the perception of personal changes in the passage of time. To create this body of work I use fragments of dishes and vases, glass, mirror, tangled thread macramé, and epoxy resin.
